Ljubisa Bojic is a young uprising student movement leader, a Serbian politician, a passionate branding expert and a journalist by profession.  He is engaged in the Students of Journalism Parliament with the main aim of promoting freedom of speech.  His most notable business project is the founding of the reality based FCUK TV.

Aleksander Boyd is a Venezuelan writer, blogger and political activist.  He created and launched vcrisis.com.  He is also known to be the first blogger to shadow a presidential candidate.

Tara Calishain is the author of many technical books and maintains the ResearchBuzz .research and database newsblog.  John Gruber created MarkDown along with Aaron Swartz and maintains a blog focused mainly on technology, specifically Apple Macintosh and web-related issues.  Robert Hess is the group manager of Windows Evangelism which is a part of Microsoft’s developer team.

Scott Jennings was a well-known MMORPG commentator who is most famous for his site - The Rantings of Lum the Mad.  His website played host to a long series of rants about the MMORPG community prior to the explosion of blog sites.  His pen name – Lum the Mad was his Ultima online character’s name.  The writer who used the pen name Arcadian Del Sol also writes for Jennings’s blog.

The Northern Alliance Radio Network is an American radio talk show that is the first in the world to be hosted entirely by bloggers namely John Hinderaker, King Banaian, Mitch Berg, Brian Ward, Chad “The Elder” and “Captain” Ed Morrissey.  The show primarily analyzes news and current events from a bloggers’ point of view and is an offshoot of the Northern Alliance of Blogs.  Will Richardson is the author of edublog Weblogged and a number of books such as Blogs, Wiki, Podcasts and Other Powerful Web Tools for Classrooms.  He was recognized for his use of blogs in the classroom.  He is also a staunch advocate for school reform and believes in the integration of technology in learning.

Rachel Sklar is a lawyer and a full-time freelance writer on a wide range of topics.  She is a part-time blogger for a New York based media industry blog.  Christina Wodtke is a vocal proponent of strategic information architecture, design management and innovation.  Her blog is called Gleaning. 

Michael Arrington edits TechCrunch and writes a companion blog that is dedicated to obsessively profiling and reviewing new Internet products and companies.  Darren Rowse is a full-time blogger that makes a living from blogs such as the Digital Photography Blog.  He is the man behind ProBlogger which is a blog that helps bloggers add income streams to their blogs.

Robert Scoble is best known for the blog – Scoblizer and has become a minor celebrity among geeks worldwide.  There are lists of other names such as Dooce and Darren that have made a name in the world of blogging. And of course who can forget the now very famous blogger, Steve Rubel, the “Blogger Extraordinaire” who has appeared in several talk shows and has been invited to give speeches to several conventions and ceremonies.  In a manner of speaking, anyone can be a famous blogger as long as he/she has something relevant to say and is willing to put hard work into it.
