Write and Read a Blog

In the years since blogging first began, the phenomenon has grown by leaps and bounds. There is now a growing wave of professional blogs out there, with everything from the Drudge Report (although Matt Drudge is adamant that his site is not a blog) to InstaPundit.com, a site run by a University of Tennessee law professor. Both sites boast high readership and each has made its way into the mainstream media.
But there are a number of other blog sites, typically ones with a specialty focus like film, technology or politics, which also have high user rates. They tend to be run by insiders in that given industry, and their draw is that they allow the average hobbyist to read unfiltered news that comes straight from the horse's mouth, if you will.
Some sites even generate revenue with their ads; doing so, however, means that you're essentially starting a full-time job.
